My miniature music-lover bedroom.
I have always been into miniatures. I mean, really really tiny stuff. I had an idea to make a teeny tiny vignette of a room that is probably similar to lots of people’s rooms on tumblr.
I used clay to make vinyl records and cds and made the sleeves by cutting out album art from Mojo magazine. (Note: I just realized that the “Is This It” cd is on the shelf the wrong way, dang it). I made the records that are in the box in the paper sleeves by using tracing paper. I made small tie-dyed sheets and a pillow for the bed. All around the room I have “posters” that I cut out of magazines and album covers I already own. Some of the other items were found at garage sales and around the house. I found the mini phonograph at an estate sale, and it actually can plug into your iPod!
For a reference, the vinyls are about the size of a quarter and the room itself is 12 inches by 12 inches.
I had a lot of fun making this, I hope you guys like it!  My miniature music-lover bedroom.
